To qualify for this guarantee, you must provide before and after photos:

- One taken at the start of use

- One taken after 60 days of consistent wear

If you do not see visible results after 60 days of consistent use, you may request a refund.

This policy is designed to ensure that our products are being used as intended and to prevent misuse.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement for the defective item.

Incorrect Size Claims
Please be sure to review our sizing guide before placing your order. We recommend measuring yourself and selecting the size that best matches your measurements. If you need to exchange the waist trainer for a different size, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes ordered by mistake.
